1. Payment must be made in full 14 days prior to hire.

2. A 50% deposit must be made at time of booking to secure reservation (non-refundable).

3. A maximum of 3 passengers allowed in the vehicle.

4. Any changes to venue, time or distance exceeding 25 miles radius may incur extra costs. Change of date or time can not guarantee that the car will be available.

5. If, due to unforseen circumstances we cannot complete the hire, the maximum refund will not exceed the hire price.

6. Damage to vehicle either by the client, family members or guests is payable by the client.

7. Although we will take every care, no responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage to personal property.

8. Smoking or drinking alcohol is not permitted in the vehicle.
